Join me online for Yoga Nidra — a 45-minute practice of guided deep rest and meditation. We’ll begin with gentle grounding to prepare the body and mind, then move into 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, journeying through the layers of body, mind, and spirit. We’ll close with time to gently transition back, leaving you feeling restored and renewed.
No experience needed — just set up your cozy space and arrive as you are.
