This 60-minute remote Reiki session is designed to support deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and emotional clarity—no matter where you are. You’ll begin by settling into a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. I’ll guide you into a short meditation to help you become centered and receptive, then offer Reiki healing from a distance, connecting with your energy field to encourage balance and flow.
The entire session is held live via Zoom. Once the Reiki portion is complete, I’ll gently guide you out of meditation, and we’ll take time to discuss your experience and any questions you may have. I reserve a full 90 minutes for each session to ensure you feel fully seen, supported, and complete.
