Yoga (In-Person or Remote)
Each 75-minute session begins with a grounding meditation and breathwork to help you arrive fully, followed by mindfully sequenced asanas (postures) that are tailored to your body, energy, and intentions for the practice. We’ll close with a restful savasana, allowing time for integration and deep rest.
These sessions are more than just movement - they’re an opportunity to slow down, build awareness, and create a deeper connection with your body and breath. Whether you're looking to unwind, increase mobility, or move energy in a more intentional way, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Meditation & Breathwork (In-Person or Remote)
This 45-minute guided meditation session is customized to support your specific needs and intentions. Before we begin, we’ll connect to discuss what you’re looking for—whether it’s grounding, stress relief, emotional clarity, or simply a moment of stillness.
Using breath awareness, visualization, and gentle guidance, the meditation will help create space for inner calm and reconnection. Suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to meditation or returning to your practice.
