This deeply restorative 60-minute energy healing session begins with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to help you relax and become fully present. From there, we’ll move into intuitive energy work using Reiki, tuning forks, crystals, and sound healing to clear and balance your energetic field.

After the session, you’ll be gently guided out of meditation, and we’ll take time to discuss your experience, answer any questions, and bring clarity to anything that came up during the session. I reserve a full 90 minutes for each appointment to ensure you leave feeling grounded, supported, and complete.
